The
Process - Designing Your
Coaching Program
Coaching is a client driven process. After initial
consultation, your Coach designs an individually-tailored program
around you and your specific needs and goals.
|
Together, we
work interactively
to focus clearly on identifying the areas requiring work –
the directions you wish to pursue, goals you wish to achieve, obstacles
and blockages to overcome and then the practical and do-able action
steps to ‘making things happen’.
Your Coach
will recommend and guide you regarding the focus for each
session. You will also actively make suggestions and choose the issue
focus for each session. Your Coach will listen and guide you
with questions and provide feedback and observations.
This interactive exchange
facilitates
and creates greater clarity, focus and awareness of choice that in turn
accelerates your progress and moves you forward into action.
Flexibility
is built in to ensure that the most appropriate focus is
addressed depending on the progress with each session.

Depending
on your needs, a number of review and assessment methods are used -
developed by myself, as well as other coaching systems.
I also
use the Intercept Coaching System (questionnaire and survey driven
coaching system that systematically provides a picture of areas out of
alignment and requiring attention). We are a member of The
Coaches Consortium and trained and accredited in the Intercept Coaching
System.
Duration
Coaching
programs are of 3, 6 and 12 months’ duration and
comprise weekly or fortnightly face-to-face sessions of 1 hour to 1.5
hours, as well as telephone coaching sessions of 30 minutes to 1 hour
(as well as shorter needs driven in-between calls). Email coaching is also built into the programs.
Some
larger organisations opt for longer term commitment to a 2 year
program.
Programs
of shorter duration, of say for example, 1 month/4 weeks can also be
designed and negotiated.
Programs
consisting of telephone coaching only are also available.
Coaching
is a client driven process and your program is designed specifically
for you. Coaching programs are also flexible so you can
choose the one that best suits your needs.
Your Investment
Coaching
program fee structures flexibly cater to the individual self-funding
their own coaching program, as well as the corporate organisation that
is investing in the development of executives and employees.
Your
investment can range from:

per month to $850 per month for individuals in small businesses or
personal and life coaching |

per month to $1,500 per month for larger businesses and organizations
(corporate, government, associations) |
The
fee will depend on the type of coaching, the level of support required
and how many coaching sessions per month you choose.
Reduced rate savings can also be offered for longer term programs of 3,
6 and 12 months’ duration.
