4.  The Power of Emotions

This is the key!  When you feel really good, passionate and really love what you’re doing, you automatically shift into a higher vibrational frequency and the energy you put out will attract more positive circumstances, people, opportunities, resources, money ... You find yourself operating with ease, you feel uplifted, and everything is ‘in the flow’ …

Remember, this is all happening at a cellular and energy level.  Remember, Like Attracts Like.  Enjoy!  Have FUN!  Make that a rule!


The Universe responds to the feelings and emotions you have around a thought - not to the thought itself.  It also does not judge or differentiate between whether it’s good or bad, favorable or unfavorable – it will pay attention to the amount of your time and focus on a particular thought and will interpret that it’s what you want to experience and will arrange to line up circumstances that will bring you more of the same.

The Universe responds to the heightened emotions, good feelings and passion you feel – it lifts you to a higher vibrational frequency – that puts you ‘in the flow’ …

When your thoughts are in alignment with your highest desires, dreams and Life purpose, you feel, You ARE, joyous and uplifted.

Have Fun!! – a vital piece of the process …

Its so important that you have FUN, so you have to be prepared and willing to take on the challenges of a different way of ‘being’, as you may already know, so be sure that you’re prepared to be challenged in new ways … this process is not for the faint hearted. 

In the midst of whatever your current problems are or may be, you have to be prepared and committed to switching your frequency.  So, are you ready to give it a good try? ...

I know what you’re probably thinking – all this is easier said than done, right?  With all the things going on each day, together with the things that block you and limit you, your upbringing, opinions of others, experiences, and other things … 

Remember that you have given power to these things unintentionally and intentionally – subconsciously and consciously.  Remember that you have the choice to continue giving them power - or you have the choice to shift to giving power to where you want to focus it, on the positive things that you want, and to where you want to move towards.

Mastering this process is not always an easy feat.  It requires a level of understanding, self awareness and being mindful about what’s actually going on around you, your responses, your conscious mind & in your subconscious, your left and right brain.


That’s why positive affirmations on their own don’t work, or why action plans (external activity) on their own don’t work without the internal shifts ‘inside’ you. 

If your conscious mind hears something it doesn’t believe, your sub-conscious mind will reject it.  Your subconscious mind will actually try to protect you against change and will go into your inner memory bank storehouse of experiences and find the files (negative from your past experiences) to justify maintaining the status quo. 


That’s why changing something, despite your strongest desire, can be such a challenge.  Desiring something too much can actually create resistance to achieving it.  That’s why reprogramming yourself is so important

 

5.  Clearing Limiting Beliefs ...

Clearing Limiting Beliefs is the missing vital step in most self help books.  So, when what we want continues to elude us, we feel perplexed and can’t work out why ...

To get what you want, to achieve your goals, your fullest potential, you have to clear any limiting beliefs you may have.  Limiting beliefs stop us from taking action.  They get in the way, hold us back & create blockages to our achieving the success we desire and deserve …  They stand in your way of making the changes you desire.

We all have our own set of limiting beliefs that have been programmed into us during our lives.  Some common ones are –
> Self worth, feeling undeserving, not good enough …

> Don’t know what I want …
> Good things happen to other people …
> No matter what I try, it doesn’t work …
> Don’t get hopes up, then won’t get hurt …
> Failed before so scared to try again …
> Can’t be too successful because I’ll upset others …

and many others …

Identifying and clearing your limiting beliefs is a process of self discovery, self awareness and total honesty with oneself.  You can do the belief clearing work on your own, or if you find that you need help ask someone else to assist you/lend a hand.

Here are some things you can try -
> Listen to your own internal dialogue – what are you telling yourself?  Monitor yourself and write down the beliefs that come to your attention. 
> When you feel uncomfortable around a particular issue - look at why you're uncomfortable.  Listen to what comes up in your head because they are the beliefs you have to question and disarm. 

We can’t always see things clearly ourselves, so don’t hesitate get someone to help you.
> Ask someone you trust to monitor your conversation/language and identify your limiting beliefs (positive ones as well for the contrast).
> Coaching support can also help you move through this process more quickly and help you bring to light some amazing insights.

6.  Set Clear Intentions – with Everything You Do ...
 
Be very clear about what you want and state it very clearly.  Be crystal clear and totally committed.  Any indecision or lack of clarity and commitment will confuse the energy around you and the messages you are emitting.

The key to getting what you want is knowing how to ask ...

And then, Expect that what you ask for will turn up ...


7.  Actually Taking Action is Vitally Important

Are you taking action?  Or do you feel a bit undecided about which action to take at this point?  This is often the missing step & what lets down most people’s desires for achieving what they want.


If you find yourself delaying, procrastinating, not taking action – Why?  Are you self-sabotaging, perhaps?  Look at that – get clear on what’s going on with you.  Almost anything will work for you - but be sure to take action because that step forward will shift and move everything forward – you will see magical things start to line up and happen in your Life, if you just take ACTION

Inspired Action
– when you start this process, try to open yourself up to following your intuitive hunches, ideas that just pop in to your mind, receiving guidance from your higher self … Effective inspired action


8.  Allowing and Letting Go

This is the area most people have the greatest difficulty.  When we want something too much, we send out signals of desperation, which actually create resistance and act as a repellent to that which we so desire.

Express Gratitude
Be grateful AS IF you’re experiencing what you want has already turned up, in the here and now.  Importantly, be grateful for what you already do have and all the abundance that is around you, especially in Nature. Make the Attitude of Gratitude an ongoing daily practice.

As Maya Angelou says - a Joyous Spirit has a Grateful Heart.  Isn't she so totally right? eh?


Summary of Action Steps

To get the Law of Attraction working positively for You in Your Life, just follow these steps:

1. Be clear about what You don’t want - first and foremost

2. Get really clear on what You DO Want

3. Clear limiting beliefs

4. State very clear Intentions

5. Expect that the Universe will deliver it to you

6. Take ACTION – listen to your intuition & take effective INSPIRED ACTION

7. Allow and let go – don’t get too attached to the outcome

8. Express Gratitudebe Grateful for what you have and what's to come ...
